How it works
You send the procedure. We handle the calls.
Send the request
Share the procedure, patient area, timing, and the facility rules that matter to your plan.
We call around
Vivaldi contacts qualified nearby facilities and gathers case-specific prices for the same scope.
Review the options
Your team receives comparable prices, included services, availability, and supporting terms.
Supported procedures
A price check for any scheduled procedure.
From imaging and endoscopy to outpatient surgery and larger elective care, Vivaldi uses the same process: define the scope, call qualified facilities, and compare the prices returned.

Every request is matched to the patient’s needs, the TPA’s facility rules, and qualified providers available near the patient. Availability and returned prices vary by procedure and location.
Built for TPA teams
More priced options. Less chasing facilities.
No provider integration required
We work through the phone and email channels facility teams already use.
Comparable prices
Each response is tied to the same procedure scope, with inclusions and exclusions made clear.
Your rules stay in place
Your team controls facility qualifications, member communication, coverage, and the final decision.
Why scheduled care
There is time to compare before care happens.
CMS requires a consumer-friendly display for at least 300 services that can be scheduled in advance, or as many as the hospital provides.
CMS Hospital Price TransparencyPrivate plans paid this average for hospital outpatient facility services in RAND’s revised 2022 study sample.
RAND Round 5.1Market context, not a Vivaldi savings forecast. Public prices do not establish facility participation or the final price for a case.
Measured at the claim
A quote is an option. Savings are what the plan actually pays less.
Before outreach, the TPA records what the plan expects to allow for the same procedure scope. After care, the completed claim is matched to that scope and the final eligible paid amount. If the comparison cannot be reconciled, no savings are counted.
Charter partner pricing
No monthly fee. We earn only when the plan pays less.
Charter TPAs pay no subscription or monthly platform fee. Vivaldi earns 30% of validated realized savings after the completed procedure and claim are reconciled.
Talk about partner pricingValidated realized savings = the TPA-approved expected allowed amount − the final eligible paid amount for the same completed procedure.
Returned prices, projected differences, incomplete procedures, and claims that cannot be reconciled do not create a savings fee.Questions
The details TPA teams ask about
What does “best-priced” mean?
It is the lowest like-for-like price returned by the case-specific set of qualified facilities contacted for that request. It does not mean the lowest price available from every facility in the market.
Does Vivaldi choose the facility?
No. The TPA defines the facility rules and makes the final decision. Vivaldi gathers and organizes the comparable options.
Do facilities need new software?
No. Vivaldi contacts facility teams by phone and email and records each response in a consistent format.
Does a lower quote always become savings?
No. A lower quote gives the plan another option before care. Savings are counted only after the completed claim is matched and reconciled.
Want us to call around?
Tell us how scheduled procedures reach your team. We’ll show you where Vivaldi fits.
Vivaldi gathers and organizes case-specific facility prices. It does not provide medical advice, determine coverage, or replace the TPA’s approval and claim-payment authority.
